NovusAGENDA is written in C# and .NET ensuring it will works on your current servers.

The application resides on a web server and stores data in a Microsoft SQL database. The SQL database can be on the same server or another server in the same domain, depending on your existing infrastructure.

NovusAGENDA is a three tier application. The core engine for workflows and item processing are fundamental to the application and constitute the primary tier for the solution.
The second tier consists of specific capabilities relevant to processing Board Agenda and minutes.
The final tier is the customized interface created for each client.

Web Server and Database Server

NovusAGENDA DOES NOT require a dedicated server for optimal performance! The web server should have the following minimum hardware specifications:

Hardware

Intel Xeon 667MHz Processor (or equivalent) 32 bit
X86 processor
2 GB RAM
80 GB of available hard disk space
100 mbs Network Controller
CD-ROM Drive
Server backup/redundancy system (RAID, Tape Backup, SAN, etc.)

Client Machines

Client computers accessing NovusAGENDA can do so by simply using a web browser. No other client side software is required. Browsers should be IE 6.X or higher. Client machines can be PC or Mac.

Hosting

Hosting is normally done on the client’s own server, but Novusolutions can provide a fully hosted solution as well. Clients can choose the method they prefer; you own the software so you have control. Need more technical information? Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Installation

Once your code is fully prepared and has run through our thorough Q/A process, Novusolutions provides complete, comprehensive installation instructions. The software and the installation instructions are shipped to clients on a CD, and training manuals are included on that CD.

Clients can install the solution without technical support. Remote technical support is made available as part of a standard deployment with no additional cost if you run into any problems whatsoever!
