Laserfiche Integration
NovuSolutions partners with Laserfiche document management to
NovusAGENDA electronic meeting automation that fully
integrates with existing Laserfiche Document Management
Software.
Integration is optional and involves:
- Browse to Laserfiche to attach files to items - Users can
browse directly into the Laserfiche system to grab files and attach
them to any item being created in NovusAGENDA. User rights are
passed directly to the Laserfiche system to protect document
security.
- Export final agenda packets to Laserfiche for final storage -
Your board clerk or secretary can export the entire agenda packet
directly into Laserfiche for automatic indexing and final
storage.
- Export the final Minutes packet to Laserfiche for final storage
- Your board clerk or secretary can export the entire minutes
packet directly into Laserfiche for automatic indexing and final
storage.
