NovuSolutions' Customer Support team is available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET, excluding major holidays. Customer Support is available to all NovuSolutions customers with an active support contract.

If you have a support question or are unsure about your support contract status, please give us a call or click on the link below to send us a request. If a Customer Support representative is unavailable at the time of your call or e-mail, every effort will be made to respond to your request within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
